I enjoyed the patterns made in the clouds this week, one of rain and even some snow showers for a couple hours that melted as it hit the ground. Glad I got my photos early since today, there is a dense freezing fog that will last until 9:00 AM at least.
Lookie, lookie! After all that dense fog Thursday morning, the sun is trying to peek out!

Oh I love it when the sun tries to come thru the clouds.
lovely, especially the subtle colours in the last one
Very fine natural patterns. I think I prefer the regular ones in the second photo - very stimulating!
Nice. Different colours in the clouds. And the sun is always shining - behind the clouds. :)
Wishing you a great weekend! :)
Even grey can be beautiful! Lovley photos!
Those sort of conditions are a photographer's paradise!
Wow. The first one is like an optical illusion. It looks to me like a shoreline, too!
God bless, Paulie!
roll, thunder
hear my cry!
I love the patterns in the clouds, and it is always nice when the sun chooses to peek out.
OHHHH It looks freezing!!
It's always nice to see the sun peep through after a cloudy or foggy day.
Very nice, I love cloud pics ;)
Oh My, Sandy and I had the same thought....I thought I could see a shoreline in one...and then I thought - no - must just be me....but she thought the same thing. Very interesting shots....and I lOVE the one with the sun trying to "peek" through.
Ditto the others. I saw a shore line. All were very pretty, interesting! My favorite is the last.
I can guarantee I live two hours from the ocean. . . I can also guarantee that the three of you are wrong about the photo being a shoreline. There is no ocean in the sky so no shoreline either. It was unusual clouds so that is why I took a photo of it.
It is so amazing how the clouds form. Great shot here.
That first one looks very much like a beach shoreline on a dreary day. Pretty cool!
Isn't is strange how the clouds keeps changing like that?
Nice captures.
