Took this photo when I was on my snow walk in Vancouver along Burnt Bridge trail. The squirrel ran from me when I saw it and took out my camera but then it stopped almost in mid air on the side of the tree, I suppose it was pretending to be a part of the trunk??????

Your furry friend does have a little camouflage action going. Now if I could just get his distant cousins out of our walls, I may just like them again.
Oh if my dog was there, she loves to chase squirrels. I asked my husband one day wonder what she would do if she ever caught one. A few days later he called me from outside telling me to come look. He said I had asked what she would do with a squirrel if she caught it......well, get the picture? It was not a pretty.
Funny how they freeze like that.
I will post in the morning then may not be on the computer again until Wednesday. We will be back Tuesday but I have to finish some work and repack for my trip to Alabama on Wednesday.
