I am so excited to be participating in this new challenge from Katney happening weekly on Mondays. NOW some of the ODD SHOTS I have taken will get their "claim to fame."
The symbol above is for a new meme that Katney is starting today. These are Katney's rules:
"Odd Shots on Monday" .
Here are the rules, which will remain simple.
1. I will post my favorite odd shot for the week on Monday morning Pacific Time before I go to work. That time will be approximately 6 a.m.
2. An odd shot could be something very ordinary taken at an odd angle that makes it a really cool picture. It could be an odd combination of things that make you laugh. It could be an unusual occurrence or sight. It could be any photo that defies categories or themes for other memes. There may be other definitions, so this rule is open ended.
3. Post a comment here if you have an odd shot so that we can find it.
4. Post only one odd shot each week. (That is going to be the hard part for me.) It must be from your collection of photos you have taken, and can be from your past files or something new. It can be edited by cropping or correcting the brightness, but no fancy stuff, please.
5. I made this icon in Paint. You can use it if you like. If you have a better suggestion for a logo, let me know. (If you look closely, it says "odd shots" in the lens.)
My first one is a sign . . . very appropriate some days when I have so much to do that I feel like I am traveling in circles. This was posted on a side street at the corner and not a traffic circle.

Good grief! What were they thinking?
That IS odd, and not even at a traffic circle?
Seems "odd enough"!
Seems like fun theme - wish you luck!
That's a neat sign! I would join in but ABC Wed and Sky Watch Fri leave me exhausted!
Me again!
Re comments about water "tower": It looks like a bunker, but acts like water tower since it is situated at the top of a hill (we have lots of those!). Pumps move the water from a lake to a reservoir in the bunker before distributing it.
Even the graffiti makes it better-looking!
We don't have your kind of water towers around here as far as I know.
Yeah, that's odd for sure. About Duncan and the bus, TriMet says keep in a carrier but I've interpreted that to mean in a bag that I won't let him out of--so far a dozen different drivers have not had any problem with him, thank goodness.
And my OH goes on about Irish road-signs! That's certainly odd.
Lol... I like it a lot... reminds me of most U.S. drivers ;-)
This looks interesting. And the picture reminds me of the round about sign. Instead of a four way stop they have a round about and you yield to the ones in the circle.
Just called in to say hi - you have some lovely distinctive photos!
I'm back to offer you a COOL award if you fancy it.
I've never seen such a sign. Seems like the city is trying to give its residents the runaround.
Hahahaha...as a school bus driver, you have no idea how funny this is! I feel like I do that everyday!
Great shot!
I love all the photo days you participate in, I may just join you. I started Blog365 and it's so much easier when I have a purpose to my blog!
Thanks for visiting my blog!
Have a great day!!
