ABC Wednesday - Year 2 -- #15

Go here if you would like to join us for ABC Wednesday. . . Mrs Nesbitt

"N" is for NINE NIFTY NEEDLES shaped in a NICE NUMERAL NINE. In case you don't enlarge it to see the writing better, there are 4 crochet needles, 3 counted cross stitch needles and 2 yarn needles.

I use the crochet needles and the the yarn needles when I make my hairpinlace NEEDLEWORK projects like this:

I use the blunt needles for counted cross stitch needlework projects like this:

Wow! Just goes to show how we all think of ABC Wednesday...LOL! At the thought of you taking this photo just after midnight...did you get funny looks!
LOL!
Thanks for your comment on my blog re comments etc. To be honest I am not sure how to use the javascript, so if you could explain I will try to do something about it to make ABC Wednesday easier to view.

Happy ABC Wednesday!

nice post - my wife used to crochet (actually she used to do bobbin lace) but she can't manage it now.

That was very creative, but I can see from your work that you are creative in many ways. I am currently hooking a rug. I would like to try needlepoint sometime. I chose N is for nummies. What's that you say? Click here to find out. - Margy

I didn't even know there existed that many needles for "needling"! Very impressive and inventive photos. My only experience with needles is "the other kind", both as patient and therapist.

PS I find using the comments easiest. Then you can see who has posted and there is no stress about being first.

You must have a lot of patience to do all that craft work. It's NOT for me, although one of my daughters loves doing the cross stitch! :D

Very creative! I hate to sew!!!

Nicely done. Needles are essential for the creativity in some of us. (Also for the seams that split. I always have one handy at school for the kid who needs a quick repair.))

How clever! You made me laugh to see it. I enjoy cross-stitching also-very handy for car trips and camping.
