Vancouver, WA's water tank, a drinking fountain, a pond fountain and a sprinkler fountain

Dot challenged readers of her blog to post their city's water tower and Daryl challenged us to post fountains SOOOOOOOO here they are! (CLICK on photos to enlarge.)

This is our water tower right across from a busy mall that used to be known as Tower Mall but now they call it Town Plaza. The firestation for the area is located right next door to the water tower.

I walked around the back so I could get a better shot at the basket they use to access the tower. They take good care of the tower and it is a landmark for our city.

This water fountain is located on a part of Burnt bridge Creek Trail that is in the eastern part of town. (The trail extends from the west across town following the electric lines and Burnt Bridge Creek.

Right next door to our 9 story apartment building is a park . . . We take a bridge from the 2nd floor exit to go over there and in the midst of apartments, condos and business offices is this little park called Anthem Park. It has a wonderful pair of fountains and a pool that ends in a waterfall on the street level entrance to the park.

At Esther Short Park, in downtown Vancouver, there is a waterpark where many children and some adults cool off in the warmer months.
